I am overjoyed to point everyone to a new website completely devoted to the wonders of Yankee announcer, John Sterling, as well as share this video of a recent Sterling call. Most know about Sterling’s catchphrase when Alex Rodriguez hits a homer (“It’s an A-Bomb, From A-Rod!”), but apparently Sterling himself forgets when he should and shouldn’t use it….

That’s just wrong on so many levels. Heck, he should have just turned it into “an H-Bomb from Hideki”, and gone completely of the politically correct plank. Too funny.

Oops: John calls an A-bomb… from Hideki (IT IS HIGH, IT IS FAR, IT IS… caught)
