Same old, same old from the 12 p.m. ET hour. Fox NFL Sunday defeated CBS' The NFL Today by a count of 3.8 to 2.6.
CBS (Regional Window)
While CBS did have a few buzzworthy games and teams (the Jets, Pats and Chiefs were all in this window), they didn't have the New York or Chicago markets early in the day, and dropped 21 percent from the similar window in 2012 (broadcast by Fox last year), finishing with a 10.8 overnight rating.

Fox ("America's Game of the Week" Window)
Fox had a wacky, wild Packers-Cowboys game featured in most of America in the late window, though they also had the Saints in a separate game, and a completely separate overtime thrille between the Cardinals and Titans as well. The window hit an 18.1 overnight rating, up 17 percent from Steelers-Cowboys in 2012 on CBS.

NBC (Sunday Night Football)
Sunday Night Football drew a 10.9 rating, down 28 percent from 49ers-Patriots in 20112, though there are a couple of caveats to that. 49ers-Pats turned into a wild, overtime thriller, and also featured President Obama's comments from Newtown, CT following those tragidies. Still, SNF was a blowout early, which likely hurt the game's chances.
