Derek Jeter

It’s been a pretty crappy couple weeks in sports.  But just when you’re ready to give up and throw in the towel, something awesome happens that reminds you why you fell in love with it in the first place.

And regardless of whether you’re a Yankees fan or not, or whether you’ve grown tired of the Derek Jeter Retirement Tour or not, his game-winning hit in the bottom of the ninth in his final game at Yankee Stadium is an all-timer.
