Usually when someone sends out crazy tweets and later says, “I got hacked!”, you think, “Suuuure.” But in the case of the Sporting News on Wednesday evening, I think they really were hacked.

Welp. The tweets were deleted within a couple minutes, and Sporting News just kept on like nothing happened (but much of the Twitterverse definitely noticed). 

To be fair, Sporting News certainly wasn’t alone in making crappy tweets/takes today in the sports world:
