Jason Whitlock and Dave Portnoy Edit by Liam McGuire, Comeback Media

We knew there would be significant fallout from the bombshell FS1 lawsuit, but Dave Portnoy feuding with Jason Whitlock? Who saw that coming?

In the wake of the damning lawsuit that lists Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor and FS1 executive as defendants, Portnoy expressed skepticism toward the accusations, bluntly labeling it “bullshit” while calling on the accused to ignore loudly defend themselves. Whitlock saw Portnoy’s advice and ripped the Barstool Sports founder, branding him a “sexual degenerate.”

First reported by Front Office Sports, former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji filed the workplace misconduct lawsuit last week, alleging sexual harassment and a toxic workplace culture. According to the lawsuit, Bayless allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him. The lawsuit also alleges Taylor had sexual relationships with Dixon and FS1 host Emmanuel Acho in exchange for career advancements.

Portnoy doesn’t see why some of these accusations are a big deal, specifically the allegations against Taylor.

“Who f*cking cares if they had a consensual relationship or not? And since when is [Emmanuel] Acho some heavyweight who gets people promoted?” Portnoy asked. “I honestly don’t even know why Joy Taylor is in the lawsuit? Cause she was mean to her hairdresser yet simultaneously spilled her guts to her? Makes ZERO sense.”

Portnoy’s assessment caught Whitlock’s attention.

“No common sense here. No biblical wisdom here,” Whitlock said. “Dave Portnoy – and again, I’m not saying this to disparage, I’m just speaking factually – he’s a sexual degenerate that can’t tame his lust for young women.”

“Dave Portnoy doesn’t operate from the same biblical morality that I do,” Whitlock continued. “Dave Portnoy is pro sexual degeneracy…I used to be pro sexual degeneracy…I’m not suggesting I’m better than Dave Portnoy, I am suggesting…Dave Portnoy and I serve two different Gods.”

Whitlock’s assessment caught Portnoy’s attention.

“This fatzo is still alive and kicking?” Portnoy asked. “Kudos man. Thought you died years ago. Looks like I lost my dead or alive pool.”

Whitlock’s own biblical morality saw his initial response to the FS1 lawsuit feature a claim that he kept his distance from Taylor when they were coworkers. “Because I knew myself. I know what I’m capable of. That big rack of hers that she showed off constantly. And that peanut butter skin with that big rack.”

Portnoy was previously accused of “violent and humiliating” sexual encounters with women in a report by Insider. The Barstool Sports founder loudly defended himself and sued Insider over the report. Portnoy was never charged over any of the allegations, his lawsuit against Insider was dismissed and his appeal was dropped. So far, the accused in this Fox Sports lawsuit have taken a less bombastic approach than the one Portnoy suggested.
