Madden NFL 26 will feature new graphics packages for primetime broadcasts Credit: EA

Primetime games are going to take on a different feel in Madden NFL 26.

On Wednesday, EA revealed custom broadcast graphics for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday night matchups in the video game. And while Madden can’t use the Amazon, NBC, or ESPN broadcast elements that viewers are accustomed to in real life, EA has created its own primetime packages to emulate reality.

And by the looks of things, EA took plenty of inspiration from the NFL’s actual broadcast partners when creating the graphics. Rather than calling it Monday Night Football, the video game will call it Monday Night Primetime and use graphics eerily similar to ESPN’s. The same can be said about Thursday Night Football with Amazon and Sunday Night Football with NBC.

Perhaps the most exciting part about EA’s new trailer is the reveal of Scott Hanson. The NFL RedZone host was announced as the Madden halftime show and recap voice last month, but now fans can hear him in action.

EA is certainly going for a new level of realism with these additions to the game.
