The NBA League Pass out-of-market over-the-top streaming service has received lots of positive press for innovative purchasing options like single-team and single-game packages, plus partial games and 10-minute game chunks. But all of that only matters if the service works, and lots of people Wednesday complained about League Pass outages and errors for more than an hour. Here are some of those tweets of complaint:

Of all nights for @NBA League Pass to be down. When I wanna watch LeBron on the East coast taking on my @OrlandoMagic. This is why the ratings are down, and you're making it worse.

We pay $200+ a season for @NBA League Pass and its servers are crashing. WTF. Get your shit together. This is enough for me to cancel my subscription and just illegally stream

Some users did report being able to watch games (and halftime show content), and the League Pass US support Twitter sent a lot of replies saying they’re working on the issues:
Issues and outages happen, especially for streaming TV services (but also conventional TV!), so League Pass is far from alone here. But whatever was behind these issues, they certainly were inconvenient for a lot of people hoping to watch games Wednesday.
