Rates for in-game NFL ads up 15 percent from a year ago, thanks to higher ratings

Despite rebounding NFL ratings, Super Bowl ad prices look to be approximately flat for the first time since 2010

CBS' prices so far for 30-second slots are $5.1 million to $5.3 million, approximately in line with the $5.24 million NBC charged last year.
