Normally, ESPN.com's poll questions revolve around the big sporting event or news of the day/week. Who do you think will win the Super Bowl? Who do you love more, Tim Tebow or Tim Tebow? Should Tim Tebow have made the Pro Bowl? Do you think Tim Tebow will come work for us? Should we rename ESPN to the Tim Tebow Channel?
Things like that.
But yesterday, their poll was the worst of the worst, the most irrelevant of the irrelevant. Presumably because of the dog show (but we can't be sure), they polled America on whether or not you/we/I own a dog. Really? That's the best you can do? With all the basketball games going on yesterday, that was all they could come up with?
I hope today's poll is: Do you think Andy Katz should have given Jim Boeheim the bird? At least that would be interesting.
