Jude Redfield of WDRB in Cincinnati was crushed when the Reds lost on Tuesday night to the Pirates in the NL Wild Card playoff game. Redfield was so crushed in fact, that he did his morning weather report headless, because he didn't want to show his face in public. Wait, what?
Ah yes, the power of the green screen. WDRB morning anchor Candyce Clifft tweeted out this picture to help explain how Redfield broadcasted without a head.
I've gotta say, it's pretty clever. I can only imagine someone waking up and tuning into the morning news while bleary-eyed and seeing…a headless body giving a weather report. It would be pretty terrifying. Just watch the video of this report if the pictures don't tell you enough.
