One prominent CBS Sports reporter will begin pulling double duty for the outlet.
Matt Zenitz, a national college football reporter for CBS, will expand his coverage to take on a national NFL role as well. Zenitz announced the move in a social media post.
The reporter added in a separate post that he will also continue contributing to the college football recruiting site 247 Sports, which he joined in 2023.
Prior to joining CBS, Zenitz served as a senior national college football reporter at On3 and a senior SEC football reporter for AL.com. He began his career by covering both college football and the NFL in Maryland, so Zenitz already has experience covering both levels simultaneously.
Several fellow reporters congratulated Zenitz on the news.
