This is our weekly look at the most popular — or in some cases our personal favorite — videos on Clippit over the past week. Clippit is an awesome app that allows us to quickly grab 30-second clips from several live TV broadcasts and share them on social media.
Joe Buck did a Charles Barkley impression that wasn’t well-received
After Fox came back from a commercial break with the Eagles leading the Vikings 38-7 in the NFC Championship Game, the camera found Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie with Charles Barkley. And this led to Joe Buck doing a Charles Barkley impression, which Twitter roasted him for:
Terry Bradshaw leads Eagles fans in singing “Fly, Eagles Fly” and then stops singing it to do an interview
An awkward sequence here from Terry Bradshaw, and you can see why he’s usually not working as a reporter.
Tom Brady did not enjoy the CBS cameramen during the AFC Championship Game
Tom Brady dropped f-bombs multiple times at the CBS cameramen, and here’s one example:
Tom Crean was very impressive on ESPN for the Kansas-Oklahoma game
And he showed off his Tony Romo-esque abilities to call a play before it happens. Crean’s analysis was terrific all game, but it really showed off on this huge play from Oklahoma in the final minute of their win:
UCF’s Shaquem Griffin had to stop a Senior Bowl interview because he was supposed to be on the field for punt coverage
Hopefully NFL teams don’t hold this one against Griffin! The linebacker was the Senior Bowl Practice Player of the Week so I’m guessing that mattered much more to them than this fun interview in an exhibition game.
